The Muskegon Area Intermediate School District (MAISD) is seeking bids for two construction projects: • A new Classroom Divider / wall, located at the New CTC Classroom and Maintenance Facility, 1795 Stebbins Road, Muskegon, MI 49442 • Renovation of (2) existing restrooms located at Wesley School, 915 Wesley Ave, Muskegon, MI 49442 The contractor will be responsible for all trades and coordination of work between trades. The project is expected to be completed by July 2026. Some key aspects of the project include: • Maintaining proper barricades and other protection for the public • Providing a full-time field superintendent acceptable to the Owner • Coordinating the work and all other sub-trades • Ensuring compliance with all specified provisions and requirements • Furnishing and delivering operation and maintenance data • Maintaining accurate records of all changes in the Contract Documents The bid package includes the proposal form, affidavit of bidder, and affidavit of compliance – Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
