The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (NYS OASAS) is seeking one or two qualified organizations to provide Job Development, Technical Assistance, and Training Services to support Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors working with individuals in active treatment or recovery from substance use disorder (SUD) or gambling disorder. The services will include cultivating employer relationships, generating job leads, supporting job seeker connections, and ensuring equitable service delivery across urban, suburban, and rural areas. The organization(s) will coordinate with NYS OASAS certified treatment and recovery providers, vocational rehabilitation programs, and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors. • Provide Job Development, Technical Assistance, and Training Services • Cultivate employer relationships • Generate job leads for regional Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors • Support job seeker connections to appropriate opportunities • Ensure equitable service delivery across urban, suburban, and rural areas • Collaborate with regional Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors to coordinate referrals, track outcomes, and support job seeker success
