Bidders MUST register in order download Bid documents and associated information regarding the below referenced solicitation and in order to upload bid submissions. Contract HT-224.228 – Holland Tunnel – Installation of Storage Facility for Flood Protection Equipment. Estimate Range: $5M - $10M. Bids Due: Thursday, April 16, 2026. The work under this contract consists generally of regrading, concrete pavement and footings, structural steel, ornamental fence, standing seam metal roofing, lighting, access control, security cameras and related work at the new storage facility west of the Holland Tunnel Toll Building and vicinity thereof, Jersey City, New Jersey. This project may be Federally funded in whole or in part. Accordingly, all bidders and the successful Contractor will be required to comply with any and all required applicable federal provisions and requirements contained in this solicitation and resulting contract.
