The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) is seeking a contractor to provide financial audit services. The contractor will be responsible for performing an independent financial statement audit in accordance with Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS). The audit will include evaluating internal controls over financial reporting, financial system compliance, and reporting processes. The contractor will also be required to prepare audit reports and related deliverables. The period of performance is 12 months with four option years. • The contractor must have an active AICPA Peer Review and be independent of FMCS. • The contractor must have experience performing federal financial statement audits in accordance with GAGAS. • The contractor must be able to provide all required audit reports and related deliverables. • The contractor must be able to perform the audit in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and the requirements of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS).
