The University of Texas - MD Anderson is soliciting proposals for the provision of Laboratory Casework, Associated Items, and Services. The successful bidder will provide Heavy Duty Mobile Laboratory Casework, Associated Items, and Services as described in the Rider 101 Scope of Work and Rider 102 Price Schedule. The contract will be awarded to the supplier offering the "Best Value" to MD Anderson. The evaluation committee will assess proposals based on published selection criteria, evaluation ranking, and terms of the Texas Government Code. • The contract is expected to be governed by MD Anderson's Standard Terms and Conditions. • A HUB Subcontracting Plan is required as part of the proposal. • The contract may be divided into multiple parts, and MD Anderson reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. • The successful contractor will be required to designate a customer service representative to oversee the MD Anderson account. • The contractor must have experience working in congested public areas and occupied laboratories while providing services similar in size and scope to this solicitation. • The contractor must possess all necessary licensing, equipment, staffing, organizational capacity, and technical competence to begin work and do the work properly and expeditiously if selected as the successful contractor.
