The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services (DGS) on behalf of the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (Agency) is seeking a comprehensive vendor-hosted solution that provides both hardware and software call-handling systems for Pennsylvania’s Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) and others related public safety entities. • The solution should be provided by a professional Offeror with a high degree of skill and knowledge. • The contract duration is Five (5) Years with Two (2) Optional Five (5) Year Renewals. • Proposals will only be accepted electronically through JAGGAER. • A mandatory SDB and VBE Goal Information Session will be conducted.
