The South Suburban Park and Recreation District is seeking a contractor to provide parking and traffic control management services for large-scale community events at The Hudson Gardens & Event Center. The contractor will be responsible for planning and implementing parking and traffic management for events, which may include concerts, festivals, and a holiday light show. The contractor must have sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the scope of services and must disclose any subcontractors involved. The contract will be awarded to the contractor who submits the proposal that represents the best value to the District. • The contractor must provide a thorough site assessment and design a Traffic Control Plan to ensure safe and compliant traffic flow. • The contractor must assist Hudson Gardens management and staff with permitting and approval processes. • The contractor must incorporate best practices and solutions to address challenges and optimize efficiency during events. • The contractor must supply all MUTCD compliant traffic control devices. • The contractor must have previous experience with similar venues and event types.
