The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking a contractor to provide cold facilities maintenance and repair services at the Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) in Hanover, New Hampshire. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and repairing CRREL's cold facilities equipment, including humidity control systems, environmental chambers, and industrial and commercial refrigeration systems. The contract will be an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The contractor must have at least three years of experience performing multidisciplinary cold facilities/refrigeration projects and must be able to provide personnel with valid EPA 608 certifications and New Hampshire (or reciprocal state) licensed master electricians, master plumbers, and professional engineers. • The contractor must be based in the Hanover, NH service area, which is defined as within a 150-mile radius. • The contractor must be able to provide all management, quality control, labor, supervision, parts, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to complete any work under this contract. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health requirements. • The contractor must obtain all required permits for task order requirements and remain in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
