The Contra Costa County Department of Public Works is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide On-Call Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance and Repair Services. The successful proposer will be required to provide maintenance and repair services to County HVAC systems throughout Contra Costa County. The services will include labor, equipment, test equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide the services as directed and determined by the Contra Costa County Public Works Facilities Maintenance staff. • The contract term will be for five years. • The proposer shall have at least five years of experience in providing products and services for projects of similar size and scope. • The proposer shall adhere to all current applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes and ordinances. • The proposer shall possess a C-20 (Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning) license. • The proposer must be registered with the DIR. • The proposer shall have a proven history of successful delivery of projects. • The proposer shall provide three references for similar projects.
