The Village Community Development Districts are seeking a qualified contractor to provide as-needed asphalt cut and patch services to properties throughout the district. The contractor will be required to have a minimum of 5 years' experience with roadway and parking lot paving, a Florida State Certified Paving Contractor License, and MOT Certification, Intermediate or engage a consultant with intermediate level certification. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the required insurance coverage, including Commercial General Liability Insurance, Business Automobile Liability Insurance, and Worker's Compensation Insurance. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for an additional year. The contractor will be required to submit a quote that includes all required documents, including a quote cover page, quote Excel form, and certificate of insurance. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and personnel to complete the work. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring that all work is done in a professional and courteous manner. • The contractor will be required to provide a warranty for all work completed. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is done in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the contract.
