Description:
The City of Poway is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive pool equipment maintenance and repair services for City of Poway facilities. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the pool equipment at the Poway Community Swim Center, which includes a 50-meter by 25-yard pool with attached diving well and a separate 4,000 gallon, 1,150 square foot splash pad. The contractor must have experience in pool maintenance and repair and must be able to provide 24-hour emergency services. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to extend for up to four additional years. • The contractor must have a contractor's license and insurance. • The contractor must be able to provide a list of references and a statement of financial responsibility. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed description of their experience and qualifications. • The contractor must be able to provide a list of subcontractors and suppliers. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed description of their safety program and quality assurance program.
