The Department of the Air Force is seeking potential contractors to replace a 150-ton chiller and associated chilled water pump at Building 1029, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all supervision, labor, and materials to remove and dispose of the existing equipment and install a new, fully operational system.
