The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional services for the Olney Municipal Airport. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing an Airport Layout Plan (ALP) with Narrative, which may include an 18B Obstruction Survey consistent with the latest version of the FAA Master Plan Advisory Circular. The scope of work includes updating aviation demand forecasts, determining current and future critical design aircraft, and evaluating highest and best uses of airport property. • The firm must have experience in airport planning and development. • The firm must have a qualified project manager and task leaders with experience in airport planning and development. • The firm must be able to meet the schedules and deadlines of the project. • The firm must be able to provide a proposed project schedule and technical approach. • The firm must be able to provide information on its qualifications, experience, and approach to the project.
