The City of Beaumont is requesting bids for furnishing all labor, supervision, and equipment for exterior masonry wall repointing and repair of the west wall at the Jefferson Theatre. The work shall be in accordance with the technical specifications. The project includes repointing and repairing the masonry wall, cleaning window glass, rust treating metal conduits, installing a coat of steel primer and two coats of paint, replacing lighting fixtures, and patching windowsills. The contractor will be required to provide all equipment used in the performance of this project in a fully operational condition.
