CalOptima Health is seeking a platform for CAHPS predictive analytics software and services. The selected vendor will provide a platform for users to leverage advanced analytics to identify key drivers of Star Ratings performance, prioritize member and provider interventions to close gaps in care, and improve the overall member experience. The scope of work includes providing the software and services, data integration and assessment, training and sustainability, security, privacy, data exchange, and system interface requirements.
