The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide BD Pyxis MedBank equipment, software, support services, and installation services for six CalVet Homes. The selected contractor will be responsible for replacing all legacy Automatic Drug Dispensing System (ADDS) at the Yountville, Chula Vista, Fresno, Barstow, Redding, and West Los Angeles Veterans Homes. The contractor will be required to provide all products, equipment, tools, and labor necessary to achieve these tasks at the specified locations. The contract term is expected to be one year. Key services include equipment installation, software implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support. • The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the required services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The contractor must provide a detailed plan for the implementation and maintenance of the MedBank system. • The contractor must ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and any addenda. • The contractor must provide training to CalVet staff on the use and maintenance of the MedBank system.
