Description:
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to install a new Ultra High Frequency (UHF) radio system at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in North Carolina. The system will include four CM350 UDX radios, two Jotron Desktop Consoles, and IP cabling. The contractor will be responsible for procuring and delivering all associated equipment, providing certified and insured technicians for installation, and training 4 FW/CP personnel on the use and care of the new UHF radio equipment. The contractor will also be responsible for removing outdated equipment and disposing of excess materials. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must provide a certified Project Management Professional to oversee the project. • The contractor must have experience working with the Department of Defense and UHF systems. • The contractor must provide a 90-day service warranty and comply with all Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards. • The installation and training will be accomplished on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.
