Budget Estimate (AI):

$10,000,000 – $50,000,000

The budget for this project is difficult to estimate without knowing the specifics of the project cost, but considering that it involves the development of low-income and workforce housing on 7 acres of land. A rough estimate for the project could be between $10 million to $50 million, considering the cost of land acquisition, construction, and other related expenses. The final budget will depend on various factors including the complexity of the project, the number of units to be built, and labor costs, and other expenses.
