Budget Estimate (AI):

$10,000 – $50,000

The budget for this contract is not explicitly stated in the document. However, based on the requirements and the type of equipment being purchased, it is likely that the budget will be in the range of $10,000 to $50,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the chain cutters are high-quality, specialized equipment, and the vendor will need to provide warranty and support services.
