The City of Asheville is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional and engineering services for water treatment plant process improvements at the North Fork and William DeBruhl Water Treatment Plants. The selected firm will provide timely, cost-effective, and quality professional services to support the City of Asheville's Water Resources Department in accomplishing this project. The scope of work includes project management, data collection and interpretation, development of detailed design drawings and specifications, permit acquisition, and construction phase services.
