Description:
The City of Asheville is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional and engineering services for water treatment plant process improvements at the North Fork and William DeBruhl Water Treatment Plants. The selected firm will provide timely, cost-effective, and quality professional services to support the City of Asheville's Water Resources Department in accomplishing this project. The scope of work includes project management, data collection and interpretation, development of detailed design drawings and specifications, permit acquisition, and construction phase services. The firm will also provide opinions of probable construction cost, bid phase services, and certifications of compliance with applicable codes and standards. • Project management and quality assurance/quality control • Data collection and interpretation • Development of detailed design drawings and specifications • Permit acquisition and coordination with regulatory agencies • Construction phase services and resident project representation • Certifications of compliance with applicable codes and standards • Other services as needed to provide water treatment facility improvements
