The Internal Services Department of Los Angeles County is seeking bids for the renewal of networking support services, specifically for the NetScout brand. The contract is for a period of 12 months, from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026. The bidder must provide MasterCare support for NetScout certified InfiniStreamNG software, as well as other related services. The bidder must also meet the operating requirements of the using department.
