The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is seeking a contractor to replace the roof of the FCI Low I building at the Federal Correctional Complex in Yazoo City, Mississippi. The project involves furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor for the replacement of the flat roofing system, with a total square footage of 21,500 square feet. The contractor will be required to perform the work in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Drawings. The project has an estimated magnitude of $500,000 to $1,000,000 and is a 100% small business set-aside.
