Description:
The National Park Service is soliciting proposals to lease the Bergen Beach Equestrian Facility at Gateway National Recreation Area. The selected Offeror will have exclusive rights to negotiate a lease with NPS based on the attached Sample Lease. The facility is approximately 11.8 acres and includes a main building/arena, boarding stables, isolation building, and paddocks. The Lessee will be responsible for all maintenance and repair of the premises and any improvements to the premises that may be necessary during the lease term. The lease term will not exceed 10 years, and the Lessee must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The proposal should include an operating plan, financial capability, experience operating a similar property, and environmental enhancement. • The facility is an equestrian facility with approximately 11.8 acres of land. • The premises include a main building/arena, boarding stables, isolation building, and paddocks. • The Lessee will be responsible for all maintenance and repair of the premises. • The lease term will not exceed 10 years. • The Lessee must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The proposal should include an operating plan, financial capability, experience operating a similar property, and environmental enhancement.
