The Indian Health Service (IHS) is conducting a sources sought/request for information to identify businesses capable of performing the Lame Deer Heliport Reconstruction project. The project involves the demolition and replacement of the heliport at the Northern Cheyenne Health Center, as well as concrete remediation of the ambulance bay, emergency entrance, and loading dock. The project includes associated electrical, structural, and site development work. • Sidewalks and ramps for patient transport • Electrical lighting system for nighttime and landings during inclement weather • Safety fence • Installation of structural concrete beams and columns • Installation of HVAC system for the crawlspace The project is fully designed and will be solicited as a bid-build construction contract. The period of performance will be approximately 120 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
