Description:
The City of Fort Pierce is seeking a qualified contractor to rehabilitate the property located at 2803 Avenue M, Fort Pierce, FL 34947, as part of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The scope of work includes replacing the bathroom, main entry door, exterior doors, patching/flat roof, miscellaneous wood trim/drywall repair, replacing the garage door and opener, installing 12 impact windows, repairing the wall condition/engineer (rear porch), and more. A mandatory site visit will be held on September 26, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at the property location. • Replacement of bathroom - ADA compliant • Replacement of main entry door • Replacement of 2 exterior doors • Patching/flat roof • Miscellaneous wood trim/drywall repair (including bullet hole impression) • Replacement of garage door and opener • Installation of 12 impact windows • Repair of wall condition/engineer (rear porch) • Replacement of 2 sliding doors - impact • Replacement of 2 interior doors • Installation of doorbell • Removal of wood siding with stucco • Permits The contractor must comply with all federal, state, county, and local laws and ordinances.
