Description:
The Irving Hospital Authority is a governmental entity that was created by the Irving City Council in 1959. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is for the selection of a General Contractor on behalf of IRVING HOSPITAL AUTHORITY HOSPITAL DISTRICT. The General Contractor will be responsible for the requisite material, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the construction project to finish out approximately 5,500 square feet of tenant space to be leased to an allergy specialist. Key aspects of the project include: • Build-out the currently vacant office space in accordance with the architectural drawings • Procurement and payment of all necessary permit fees • Installation/use of protective materials during construction construction The project is expected to be completed within 5 months and the Offeror must provide a surety bond for the full amount (100%) of the contract price as a payment and performance bond.
