The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Seattle District is soliciting proposals for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services Warehouse Reflow Project. The project involves repairing, renovating, and installing equipment at seven warehouses and admin facilities located at the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona. The scope of work includes remodeling admin facilities, removing and replacing existing items within the warehouses, repairing and leveling concrete slabs, and installing warehouse items such as electrical service, CCTV cameras, and HVAC. The construction performance period is estimated at 24 months. Key aspects of the project include: • Remodeling two admin facilities to include all interior finishings, bathrooms, utilities, windows, and ADA doors • Removing and replacing all existing items within the warehouses, including lighting, pallet racks, fire alarm, and electrical systems • Repairing and leveling concrete slabs, concrete joints, interior support structure, and painting walls • Installing warehouse items such as electrical service, CCTV cameras, warehouse equipment, and pallet racking • Adding and repairing pavements and security fencing
