The Baltimore County Public Schools is seeking bids for the installation of an emergency generator at Woodlawn High School. The project is subject to the State of Maryland Prevailing Wage Rates and has a cost group of $0.5 Million to $1.0 Million. The contractor must be pre-qualified by the Baltimore County Department of Public Works and Transportation, Contracts Division, Category "I", Buildings, Classification Numbers 4 or 2 (Electrical or Renovation). The project has a goal of 10% MBE participation. • The project includes the installation of a stationary generator • The contractor must submit a completed Attachment A - Certified MBE Utilization and Fair Solicitation Affidavit and Attachment B - MBE Participation Schedule • The project is subject to the State of Maryland Prevailing Wage Rates • The contractor must be pre-qualified by the Baltimore County Department of Public Works and Transportation • A virtual pre-bid meeting and an in-person site visit are scheduled for February 5 and 6, 2026, respectively.
