The County of Dutchess is seeking a qualified vendor to provide septic tank pumping and other sanitation services at various locations. The contract will be for a period of three years with two one-year options to renew. The vendor must have experience in performing the work outlined in the specifications and must provide trained personnel and adequate supervision. The contract will require the vendor to travel to various County locations and provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services. • Septic tank pumping and other sanitation services will be provided on an as-needed basis. • The vendor must submit a fee proposal for each service, which must include labor and material costs. • The County reserves the right to reject all bids or award the contract to multiple vendors. • The contract will require the vendor to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage laws. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance and register with the New York State Department of Labor. • The contract will be executed upon approval by the Dutchess County Attorney's Office and delivery to the Contractor.
