The Cartersville School System is seeking a contractor to provide labor and materials to pressure wash Weinman Stadium, located at Cartersville High School. The scope of work includes pressure washing the stadium, sidewalks, seating areas, tunnels, knee walls, and sides of the stadium. The project is expected to begin on June 1, 2026, and be completed by July 12, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 31, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. • The contractor must submit a proposal that meets the requirements relating to Georgia Department of Education guidelines. • The contractor must provide a copy of their E-verification number, insurance certificate, and W9 with their proposal. • The contractor will be responsible for all field measurements relating to this RFP. • The RFP will be awarded to one contractor.
