The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a sole source purchase order for a Metal Space Frame Radome, which supports multiple programs and is essential for different antenna systems. The radome has specific salient characteristics, including a base beam construction, exterior membrane, operating wind speed design, and maximum operating temperature. The purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.501(a)(i) Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services- Sole Source. * The Metal Space Frame Radome has a 20-year service life. * The radome has an outside diameter of 40.0 ft and an inside diameter of 37.3 ft. * The outside height is 30.0 ft, and the inside height is 29.38 ft. * The radome includes features such as a zenith hatch with vent, base access hatch, and base vent with adjustable louvers. * A spare panel kit, panel hardware, and sealants with 5% spares are also included. * An O&M Technical Manual is provided for the radome.
