The Department of State Lands is seeking a contractor for the construction and installation of the Wasson boardwalk on the existing helical piles in the Wasson Creek Valley. The project involves building an accessible boardwalk for the public to walk above the wetland area and view the Wasson Creek Valley and the restoration work occurring there. The boardwalk connects to an existing South Slough hiking trail. The contractor must comply with prevailing wage rates, ensure containment to prevent debris from contacting the waters of the state, and limit removal/fill to less than 50 cu yds in the wetland area.
