The Fulton County Government is seeking a contractor to provide medical and clinical general cleaning services for various health facilities in the county. The services include general cleaning, lavatory and locker room cleaning, stairwell cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, exterior cleaning, medical/dental office cleaning, kitchen cleaning, break-room cleaning, and emergency clean-up services. The contractor will be required to provide day porters during the hours the health centers are open. The contract will be for a term of one year with two one-year renewal options. • The contractor must provide current Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO) certification. • The contractor must provide membership in any professional cleaning and/or certifying organization. • The contractor must provide all labor, materials, cleaning supplies, and equipment necessary to provide the highest quality of medical and clinical office cleaning services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The contractor must maintain the cleanliness of the facilities, including restocking restrooms, emptying outside waste receptacles, and responding to emergency cleanups.
