Lubbock Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Group Travel Services. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing complete Group Travel Services, including coordinated group air passenger transportation, ground passenger transportation, hotel accommodations, performance venue bookings, entertainment tickets, meal coordination, and related services for student group and sponsor travel. The contractor must ensure that all services are provided in a safe and professional manner, with the safety of students and staff being of prime importance. The contract will be awarded to the respondent whose submittal is most advantageous to the District, considering the relative importance of price and other evaluation criteria. • The contractor must have experience in providing group travel services to school districts or similar organizations. • The contractor must have a good reputation and a history of providing high-quality services. • The contractor must be able to provide a diverse range of services, including transportation, accommodations, and entertainment. • The contractor must be able to work with multiple campuses and programs, and be able to provide services that meet the unique needs of each group. • The contractor must be able to provide 24-hour emergency assistance and have a plan in place for resolving issues that may arise during travel.
