Description:
The US Air Force is seeking to procure an EVAPCO Cooling Tower Model AT212-2H9, a counterflow cooling tower, to replace the current cooling tower at Building 624, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, TX. The equipment should be an exact replacement and a full-featured commercial-industrial product. The procurement includes the equipment only, and the installation will be done by the HVAC personnel at Fort Sam Houston. • The cooling tower should have an inlet temperature of 94.4 F and an outlet temperature of 85 F. • The flow rate should be 2 @ 375 GPM (Gallon Per Minute). • The tower will be installed at Fort Sam Houston B624. • There are no special requirements for the project, and the current system already has controls on site, including a VFD package.
