Description:
The County of Orange is seeking a Coordinated Entry System (CES) Administrator for Individuals to provide services for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. The selected respondent will be responsible for operating and managing the day-to-day operations of the CES component for individuals. The scope of work includes providing referrals to shelter and housing programs, supportive services, and coordinating services for individuals experiencing homelessness. The contract will be for a two-year term with an option to renew for three additional years. * Key aspects of the project include: * Providing emergency shelter, transitional housing, and permanent housing placements * Decreasing the average length of time households are on the Community Queue * Engaging non-traditional partners to ensure participation in coordinating services * Collaborating with Orange County CoC partners, including homeless service providers and community-based organizations * Ensuring equitable outcomes for disproportionately disadvantaged groups
