Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide a Complete Life Safety Assessment Statement of Conditions (SOC) for the Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks (VHSO) in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and its affiliated Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) and other locations. Budget Estimate (AI):

$200,000 – $500,000

Based on the scope of work, which includes conducting a physical on-site survey of multiple buildings, assessing fire and smoke barrier walls and dampers, and providing updated SOC drawings in electronic format, the estimated budget for this contract could be in the range of $200,000 to $500,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the contractor will need to deploy a team of engineers and technicians to conduct the survey and assessments, and that the contractor will need to provide specialized equipment and software to complete the tasks. The estimate also takes into account the fact that the contractor will need to provide a SOC binder with required documents and prepare a preliminary Plan for Improvement (PFI) for any noncompliant items.
