Description:
The Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) is seeking to contract with telephony service providers capable of delivering SMS and voice call messages for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), specifically through integration with Okta via Inline Hooks. The successful vendor will provide services for a period of three years, with options for extension. The vendor must demonstrate direct compatibility with Okta Telephony Inline Hooks, reliability and global reach of SMS and voice message delivery, strength and clarity of security posture and compliance certifications, quality and completeness of developer documentation, SDKs, and implementation guidance, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ease and quality of implementation support and onboarding assistance. Key requirements include: • Direct compatibility with Okta Telephony Inline Hooks • Reliability and global reach of SMS and voice message delivery • Strength and clarity of security posture and compliance certifications • Quality and completeness of developer documentation, SDKs, and implementation guidance • Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Ease and quality of implementation support and onboarding assistance The evaluation process will include administrative screening, mandatory requirements review, qualitative review, pricing evaluation, and client reference evaluation.
