The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking a contractor to provide White Phosphorous (WP) in accordance with the specifications outlined in MIL-W-215D. The contract will be a single firm-fixed price contract with a 100% Option Quantity. The contractor will be required to deliver 180,000 pounds of White Phosphorous to the Pine Bluff Arsenal. The payment will be made by DFAS via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). • The contract is for a commercial supply and will be awarded to the responsive, responsible, lowest priced offeror. • The contractor will be required to provide a complete proposal package, including a price matrix and other supporting documents. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all items delivered under the contract meet the requirements outlined in the specification. • The contract includes clauses related to unique item identification, wide area workflow payment instructions, and other terms and conditions.
