The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide Healthy Kids Dental services. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing dental services to eligible children in Michigan. The contract term is five years, with up to three renewal options. The contractor will be evaluated based on their proposal, which must meet the minimum requirements stated in the Proposal Instructions. The evaluation criteria include vendor questions, statement of work, provider network, quality program and measure reporting, sanctions and compliance actions, and narrative submission questions. The contractor must demonstrate their ability to provide high-quality dental services, meet the needs of the eligible population, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
