The City of Seattle is seeking a vendor to upgrade its Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system from version 2.7 to version 25.4. The upgrade will include a full application upgrade, hardware and infrastructure refresh, redevelopment of integrations, and rewriting and validation of over 100 reports. The selected vendor will be expected to bring deep industry knowledge, robust technical capabilities, and a collaborative delivery approach to ensure the success of this strategic initiative. The project will require coordination with multiple stakeholders, including business units, Seattle ITD, and third-party interface vendors.
