The County of Leon is seeking a vendor to provide professional laundry and dry-cleaning services for Emergency Medical Service (EMS) uniforms. The awarded vendor will be responsible for the timely, high-quality cleaning, and pressing of EMS uniforms to maintain a clean, professional appearance. The scope of work includes laundry and dry-cleaning services for field uniforms, standard uniforms, and jackets. The vendor must have a centrally located facility within Leon County where garments can be dropped off and picked up by EMS members. The vendor shall have a process in place to track uniforms and ensure each employee receives the correct garments upon return. • Field Uniforms: red colored shirts and navy blue colored trousers • Standard Uniforms: white colored shirts and navy blue colored trousers • Jackets: lime colored and navy blue colored • The vendor shall have an intake process that provides verification of the employee identification number, date, time and number and type of garments dropped off for service • The vendor is responsible for loss or damage to garments while in the possession of the vendor • Bid shall be per-piece per cleaning and include any pressing costs
