Description:
The City of Anaheim is seeking proposals for trade show exhibit booth services. The successful proposer will provide comprehensive support in areas such as show services coordination, minor design, fabrication, and repair services, transportation, assembly, and dismantling, storage, and other on-call services. The proposer must demonstrate their capability to fully coordinate and manage all aspects of the City's trade show booth participation from initial planning through post-event wrap-up. The City requires that the booth be transported, assembled, and dismantled by the contractor before and after conventions, conferences, and other outreach events. Some key responsibilities include: * Providing secure and reliable transportation of the booth components to and from event venues * Coordinating with event organizers to order and install required utilities, including electrical drops and extensions, wired or wireless internet access, and AV equipment hookups * Providing on-site support during setup and show days, including supervision and coordination of delivery schedules, vendor services, and setup crews * Managing the entire lifecycle of the event, including pre-event planning and confirmations, on-site setup and final walk-through before the event opens, and end-of-show teardown, packing, and shipping or storage coordination * Providing recommendations for visual enhancements that align with the City's evolving identity and marketing goals * Incorporating updated City branding guidelines into the booth design, including logo updates, color scheme adjustments, and messaging alignment. The City will evaluate proposals based on criteria such as show services coordination, project management team, minor design, fabrication, and repair services, transportation, assembly, and dismantling, and price proposal.
