The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide copier maintenance services for 10 multi-functional devices (MFDs) in Washington DC. The contractor will be responsible for providing the required copier equipment, accessories, attachments, copy-control devices, and systems, as well as full-service maintenance, including repair parts. The contractor will also be required to provide training on the operation of the copiers and to maintain the copiers at levels necessary to provide the specified functions. * The contract will be for a base year with four option years * The contractor will be required to provide a flat-rate monthly lease rate, with no overage fees * The contractor will be required to provide backup copiers in case of malfunction * The contractor will be required to provide preventive maintenance and replenishment of supplies * The contractor will be required to remove the hard-drives from the copiers at the end of the contract and hand them over to the government for destruction
