The Village of Schaumburg is seeking bids for the renewal of its Broadcom VMWare licenses. The successful bidder will provide all required Broadcom VMWare vSphere Foundation subscription/licensing as specified in the bid documents. The contract will be for the purchase and delivery of renewal Broadcom VMWare vSphere Foundation subscription/licensing, with installation and configuration to be done by others. The Village is looking to renew its current perpetual VMWare vSphere 8 Enterprise Plus licenses in accordance with the new subscription model created by Broadcom. • The contract will be for a minimum of 90 days from the date of the bid opening. • The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or disregard any informality in the bids and bidding. • The successful bidder must provide certificates of insurance evidencing the required types and limits of insurance. • The contract will include a waiver of lien and contractor's affidavit, which must be submitted by the successful bidder. • The Village is an equal opportunity employer and encourages minority and women-owned businesses to participate in the bidding process.
