Description:
The Perris Valley Channel Lateral B, Stage 4 project involves the installation of an underground box culvert to reduce flooding to the March Air Reserve Base and adjacent properties. The project requires special permits, coordination with Base personnel, and compliance with Base requirements and procedures.
