The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is seeking a Design-Builder to provide progressive design-build services for the Lake Mathews Pressure Control Structure and Electrical System Upgrades Project. The project involves designing and building a new pressure control structure, upgrading the electrical distribution system, and performing other related work. The Design-Builder will be responsible for providing design and preconstruction services in Phase 1 and final design and construction services in Phase 2. The project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement, and the Design-Builder must comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
