The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program (BRGPP) is seeking bids for catch basin cleaning and line jetting services for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The services will be provided to various municipalities in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price eligible and responsive bidder, taking into consideration past performance and reliability of the bidder, quality of product and/or service, and degree of exclusion, exemption, or restrictions on the bid form. The bidder must provide a combination catch basin/jetter truck manufactured or remanufactured after 2012 that complies with Massachusetts emission standards. The bidder must also provide proof of insurance and certification of compliance with prevailing wage rates.
