The State of Arkansas is seeking a provider to deliver telehealth mental health services to students. The provider will be responsible for providing secure, HIPAA-compliant mental health telehealth services, including individual and group therapy, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, substance use disorder treatment, medication management, and remote symptom monitoring. The provider will also be required to provide implementation, training, and technical support to ensure effective, patient-centered care. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to six additional years. • The provider must have at least five years of experience in providing telehealth mental health services. • The provider must be able to provide services that are accessible to all patients, including those with internet and device access challenges, language barriers, and disability accommodations. • The provider must be able to provide protocols for emergencies, including access to crisis hotlines. • The provider must be able to provide therapies to meet patients' unique mental health needs remotely. • The provider must be able to provide proper licensing and training to deliver remote care.
