The Columbia County Public Works Department is seeking proposals from professional services consultants to perform engineering and related services for the replacement of existing culverts conveying the Little Clatskanie River with a bridge at approximately Apiary Road MP 8.4 near Rainier, Oregon. The selected consultant will provide design, assist with permitting, and develop full engineering plans, contract specifications, and other related bid documents for the project. The scope of work includes project management, survey and mapping, utility coordination, environmental coordination and permits, geotechnical investigations, hydraulic analysis, and plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E). The estimated cost of professional services for this work is $320,000.
